Refund and Returns Policy

Return requests

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted, and the return address may be different from the address printed on the original package.

To qualify for a standard return, the item must be unused, in the condition received, and in its original packaging. Please include proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. Report damage, defects, missing components, or an incorrect item within 7 days by emailing remon.sweiss@gmail.com. Include the order number and clear photos or video showing the issue and packaging so we can review the claim with the fulfillment partner.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, returned without authorization, or missing original parts or packaging. Gift cards, personalized products, and items marked final sale are not returnable unless required by law.

Refunds

We will notify you after the approved return is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Payment providers and banks may require additional processing time before the credit appears.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or fulfillment. If fulfillment has begun, the order may need to follow the return process after delivery.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Contact us promptly if the package remains missing so we can help investigate.
